Welcome to AEPAC! Please review the following Terms and Conditions carefully, as they outline the guidelines and policies for purchases, warranty coverage, and returns. By purchasing from us, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Returns and Refunds
No Returns/Refunds: All purchases are final. No returns or refunds are offered once a product is purchased.
Warranty Support: Any issues that arise within the warranty period will be eligible for support as per the warranty terms.

2. Warranty Coverage Limitations
Exclusions: Physical , liquid , heat , electrical or any sort of damage (internal or external ) is not covered under warranty.
Display: Display not covered under warranty except for flickering display (3 Months coverage). Lines or spots on display not covered under warranty.

– 3 months warranty on Motherboard, Display & Battery, 1 Year on other spare parts
ADP Warranty Package: To further protect your purchase, we offer an ADP Warranty Package for additional safeguarding.

3. Unboxing Video Requirement
Compulsory Requirement: An unboxing video is mandatory for any claims of damage found upon delivery.
Replacement/Refund Process: Upon receiving the product back from you, we will initiate the replacement within 7 working days and if replacement is not available then we shall initiate the refund process within a minimum of 14 working days.

4. Display Issues
Display Warranty: No warranty is provided for display lines or spots that appear post-purchase. If any such issues are noted, they must be reported on the day of delivery, supported by an unboxing video as proof.

5. Tampering and Warranty Voidance
Seal Tampering: Any tampering, such as opening the laptop, will void the warranty. Each device is sealed to ensure this protection.

6. Replacement Eligibility
Non-Eligible Reasons: Replacements will not be issued for personal preferences (e.g., “Did not like the product”).
Eligible Conditions: Replacements are only available for significant damage, complete hardware failure, or heavy scratches and dents. These cases qualify for a no-questions-asked replacement.

7. Warranty Claim Process and Resolution Time
Resolution Time: All warranty claims are subject to a minimum 7-day resolution period (excluding shipping time).
Extended Resolution: If parts are unavailable, the maximum resolution time may extend up to 14 working days. After this period, we will replace the unit with a product of equal or higher value (price difference to be borne by the customer if applicable), depending on available stock.

8. Delivery and Refund Assurance
Delivery Commitment: While AEPAC cannot commit to specific delivery timelines, we guarantee either delivery or a full monetary refund if an order remains undelivered.
Undelivered/RTO Orders: For orders that are returned to origin (RTO) or remain undelivered, refunds will be initiated within 7 working days upon receipt of the product by us. Rest assured, your payment is safe with AEPAC.

9. Delivery Proof Requirement
Image Proofs: Upon product delivery, please provide:
– A photo of the product with its AWB (Air Waybill) Number visible.
– A photo of the delivery agent for identification.
