Eligibility for Return:
– Returns shall be accepted in case of a mismatched product, damaged shipment or a wrong item delivered which is subject to replacement and not refund ( subject to availability )
Any personal reasons won’t be accepted for a refund or a return neither replacement.

We are not selling brand new laptops so minormost abbreviations or user marks shall be accepted, hang tight as for hardware issues AEPAC is there to solve all !

Condition of Item:
– The product must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused and in its original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Which will be sent along on delivery.

Damage and Accidental Coverage:
– It’s important to note that our Return & Refund policy does not cover damages caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, solvents, cleaning liquids, damage by the client (internal + external burn damage or any sort of damage will not be covered)

Initiation of Return Process:
– To initiate a return, please contact us via email at [email protected] or through WhatsApp at +91 8591394250. Include your order number, photos, and videos of the product, if applicable, in your communication. Our team will review the case and provide further instructions.

Refund & Replacement Process::
– Upon receiving your returned item, our team will promptly inspect it and inform you of the further process. We will first consider providing a replacement OR Replacement of damaged parts. Should a replacement not be possible, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 14 working days.

Shipping Cost:
– 1 time free pickup is available and delivery will be chargeable under the warranty period in case of claiming warranty or returns / replacements for which after exhaustion pickup charges shall be applied which are capped till Rs 700 or the buyer can send it through his or her own source for which if any damage, we are not liable for any compensation and warranty claim shall be closed.
